Position Overview:
This role supports the day-to-day operational governance of the Information Security program with focus on training and awareness, remediation lifecycle of issues and process gaps while ensuring alignment with corporate standards. This position reports to the Director of IS Governance and DLP.
Responsibilities include:
- Creation of Remediation Action Plans and Remediation Closure Packages
- Reporting and communication for remediation activity status and metrics
- Lead process documentation creation/updates for internal processes while adhering to Corporate policies and standards
- Coordinate InfoSec meetings related to remediation and audits

Evidence gathering and rationalization
- Provide support for the InfoSec Training and Awareness Program

Our team is responsible for the oversight, coordination, and continuous monitoring of the lifecycle of all IS issues. Our work ensures partners are aware of their responsibilities as it relates to timing of milestones, remediation and ensuring alignment and transparency with our risk partners as well as managing the training and awareness program for Information Security.
Your Impact:
You will provide risk expertise in Information Security domains, ensure timely development of remediation action plans and support issue lifecycle management from inception to closure, in addition to supporting the training and awareness program.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, related field or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of risk management processes, techniques, and tools (e.g., risk qualification and analysis, risk metrics and thresholds, providing management responses)
- Ability to work cross-functionally and establish credibility
- Ability to clearly articulate ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly language
- CISA certification/training, CISSP, or related preferred
