Boeing Talent Acquisition is currently looking for a Privileged Access Security to join their team. This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Information Security organization.

A successful candidate will provide technical leadership to define, engineer, integrate, and maintain security technical controls in a variety of IT privileged account use-cases across Boeing environments. You will lead creation of secure tools and techniques for management of passwords, rotation, policies, intruder detection and mitigation, session, AI-enabled secure tools. You will author secure design solutions and mentor and lead implementation of solutions to lower security risk. You will incorporate compliance to national and international laws and regulations into our products.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Installation and configuration of our Privileged Access Security solution, including the Vaulting, Policy Management, Web Access Management, Session Management and Identity Management across a multi-platform and multi-cloud environments.
  • Perform the engineering responsibilities including build, installation, configuration, upgrade, testing, deployment, performance tuning and optimization of components.
  • Mentor, guide documentation and standards for others to follow.
  • Analyze, design, and develop new features, with a focus on expanding the capabilities
  • Use of Java, Python and Ansible to create or edit scripts for automation and reporting, and development.
  • Responsible for installation and configuration of Privileged Access Security solution, including the Vaulting, Policy Management, Web Access Management, Session Management and Identity Management
  • Apply software engineering best-practices to build, install, configure, upgrade, test, deploy, tune and optimize our products.
  • Active leader in development of DevSecOps and ZeroTrust Architecture
  • Participate in complex troubleshooting and root cause analysis efforts to help identify the solutions and determine next steps to address the issues.
  • Evolve communication skills working with users across globe on Information Security best practices Information Security best practices for privileged management

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Proven experience working in a suite of Privileged Identity Management solutions.
  • 3 years of experience working on a large, global, multi-platform environment
  • The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3-5 years of proven engineering experience working in a suite of Privileged Identity Management solutions.
  • Extensive knowledge in PIM information security tools in a large, complex, global, multi-platform environment.
  • Expertise in understanding of Directory Services
  • Expertise in Ping tools, and Certificate Management solutions

Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years’ related work experience, Master+7 years’ related work experience, 13 years’ related work experience, etc.).
