Your Role and Responsibilities
We are looking for a Curriculum developer that can join our team to design, develop and deliver enablement for the Verify segment of Security, specifically Verify Access (Access Manager).
Your Roles And Responsibilities
- Develop, design and deliver high quality education that enables customers to successfully use IBM’s security applications.
- Generate course materials that are part of an overall roadmap to educate an end user audience on the products, be prepared to modularize and customize education to meet the specific needs of the customer, develop virtual training for customers and events when required.
- Specialize in one or more domains and become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) focal for the organization, as well as customers and others requiring end user training.
- You will be responsible for supporting train the trainer activities to enable global resources or training partners to deliver training to ensure the most coverage for the products.
- Liaison with customers as it relates to specific training or follow-up; Actively participates in training discussions that relate to the department or organization.
- You will work directly with the product development and sales organizations to fully understand the products and the market to match training to the customer needs. You will also work with the services organization to understand the key product features and how training should best respond to those customer needs.
